More Information
Peter Lindskoog has been a mainstay of Tulsa Opera casts for a decade, appearing in more productions than any other featured singer.
He was first hired as a cover singer (opera-speak for "understudy") for a production of "The Pearl Fishers" in 1997, then returned for his first featured role in 1998. And he has returned to Tulsa for nearly every subsequent season.
1997-1998 season -- As Prince Yamadori in "Madama Butterfly."
1999-2000 season -- As Morales in "Carmen" and de Bretigny in "Manon."
2000-2001 season -- As the Mandarin in "Turandot" and Biterolf in "Tannhauser."
2001-2002 season -- As Marullo in "Rigoletto," and the Forester in "The Cunning Little Vixen." He also played Sgt. Belcore in a one-act version of "L'Elisir d'Amore" that toured the state.
2002-2003 season -- As Benoit and Alcindoro in "La Boheme" (also sang Marcello for a student matinee), Lorenzo in "I Capuletti e I Montecchi" and Masetto in "Don Giovanni."
2004-2005 season -- As Sharpless in "Madama Butterfly."
2005-2006 season -- As the Music Master in "Ariadne auf Naxos."
2007-2008 season -- As Scarpia in "Tosca."
